Retrieving the Access Token

Before you integrate the APIs, you need to retrieve the access token.

Keep your access token secure and secret

The API access token is intended to be known only by you or the person who configures the integration.
Do not do the following:

  • Save it in plain text
  • Save it to source code repositories such as GitHub or Mercurial.

To retrieve the access token:

  1. Go to https://manage.marketplace.taxamo.com.
  2. Enter the email that you registered in the User field and enter the password that you got when you activated the registration.
  3. Go to Settings > View API Access Tokens.
  4. To view the token, click Reveal.
