User is not Active
What happened?
You signed up for the service but when you log on to the Dashboard, an error message is displayed that tells you the user is not active.
What caused this?
This usually occurs when you have not entered valid credit card information.
How to solve it?
Add the missing credit card information. Ensure that you use the test card in the sandbox environment. See Configuring Billing Information.
